Maxwell House is named for the adjacent Maxwell Mountain. It is one of the best view properties in the hillside neighborhood called Camelot, developed in the 1970s. The neighborhood is very quiet and forested and a short walk down to the beach. The surrounding areas offer hikes, crabbing, seafood restaurants, and stunning beaches. Oceanside is scenic 1.5 hours from Portland.
